17 Places to List Your Rental House

Are you preparing to rent your house? There are so many places you can list your home as available to rent. I’ve compiled this list of 17 places to list your rental house, so you can find the right tenants for you.

Before we get started I wanted to share my favorite resource, Cozy. No only are they great for background and credit checks but they also allow you to list your house through them. This makes it really easy to manage your house for free (it cost the landlord NOTHING) as the tenant pays for it.

In addition to being SUPER easy to use. I love that it only requires the tenants first/last name and email address to send over the applicant/background check. They also have options to use their application form, marketing and collecting rent through them. Plus all your rental information is on there for when you need to list again.

Cozy for Reluctantlandlord.

I would like to thank the Military Landlord Group for helping me put this list together. I learned a few new ones through them that I can’t wait to try out.

This list is not just for landlords. As tenants, this is a great list to figure out where you can find the best rental for you.

Am I missing any sites? Share your favorite sites to list a rental house or to find a rental.

Will you included the Facebook group Military Home Connection.

I have two properties I manage, and I created the group because many military folks like my wife and I own homes we’ve had to move away from leaving us with a major life decision, to sell or lease. Likewise, military folks can list their homes on my group page.

The purpose of this group is to create a network to share our property listings amongst our military friends near and far as well as share some tips and advice we have all learned along the way. I encourage everyone to share with all your friends. Our goal to spread this network Nationwide. Please help us do it. It seems to already be making mil to mil connections. Thank you

    Regards,
    Steave

There is also Navy Home Search on Facebook, the sister sight to Miltary Home Search and the oriiginal. It is set to secret to protect members so you need to find out if any of your military friends are members to get added. Happy House hunting!!!
